Sound like someone been burned 🔥 if u can buy real estate, then you can afford to diversified your portfolio to make money that generate the same amount of revenue as renting house or running business without dealing with bad tenant and fail business idea. Dont know why u cant do all 3
Bro should come to india…where its actually the opposite… Buying real estate is easy there because loan interests are really low, which makes them gain profit even after paying the emis…whereas in india one would be at loss if he follows the same strategy
I’ve invested in stock market and real estate and have made way more money in the stock market over a 20 year period. Stock market doesn’t call me in the middle of the night, doesn’t tell me it doesn’t have rent. I don’t need to interview my stocks, I don’t need to clear snow for my stocks, my stocks don’t call me to complain about its neighbors , I don’t need to renovate my stocks, I can go on and on. I’ve also steadily invested in the stock market over a period of 20 years, I’m a blue collar guy make a middle class living and at 43 I’m a multimillionaire mostly thru stocks. I don’t consider myself rich by any stretch but I’ve done ok with the stock market. I will agree with one thing he says, start a business, you get the right business, and run it right you will be rich. That’s one thing I wish I had done earlier. As far as stocks and real estate go I prefer the market. Just my 2 cents

“1 million dollars isn’t rich” Bro. Do you not know your audience? 1 million is life changing even if it takes 20 years to get there
Ah, Mr. Sour Grapes with a 'better option' I suppose.
this is not true i made $1000 in the stock market with just $200 dollars so yes you can make so good money in the stock market
So $8,000,000 I made on stocks from $50,000 for 2 years means I still poor?
