Both looks super fool.. real estate is not ladoo jo rook baan baan ke bazar mai aa rahe hai.. once a locality is full in prime location .. rental yield go upto 25 to 30% of the property.. one of my property rental yield is 150% PA means 1 lacs ki property ka rent 1.5 lakh aa hai.. stock market wale zero zero le kar nilal jate hai

  3. Rental yield 2-3%? Kya phoonk ke aaya bey?

    Most areas in Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities are asking 4.5-5%. Imagine you never bought a house on time based on these videos & then rental yield goes as high as 6-6.5% in major cities. The people will rush to buy houses which will drive rents even more. By the time you retire, you'll not just be old & tired, you'll also be poor to pay too high rents lol!

  4. This is the biggest spam thrown at the face of common people. Property prices and skyrocketing appreciation is for rich and middle class are taught to rent by these chu people.
    Buy a home. Its not a liability

  5. We sold a land and got 4bhk flat in a gated community. After 2 years both are at same price. But thr flat reached its threshold.. now if you re sell it its 2nd hand. It would cost 3.5cr + Interiors ( 10-20L) to buy a new flat. But if we sell it we now we would only get 3.5cr. Buy a home only if youre sure its permanent. Personally i dont like it.. all the amenties are filled with kids, teen or uncles,aunties. 😂 and the gym sucks. Gated communities are so overrated.( BUT DEFINITELY WORTH IT, IF YOU'RE A NEWLY WED, AND HAVE KIDS). I WISH I WAS HERE WHEN I WAS KID. Think of it this way.. its not overpriced for the home alone.. usually people with high status jobs, high income people, or just rich people stay here. If your kids grow up in such environment, its safer, better , they'll have good friendly competition from childhood. I will 100% raise my kids in a gated community flat. But for now ill just ask my parents to sell it and buy a land near outskirts. Bc after 20-25 years india would be so overcrowded there will be no land left.

  6. Bhai don't promote this rental business for corporate house owners. You know how brutally they treats renters and takes as much they wants. Property prices and rent prices must be governed, regulated and closely monitored by govt. We all are victim of this rent gunda gardi and property price bullying.
