  1. After you round them Mexicans up in mass deportations, what will Elon do with the homeless he says have an alien mind virus. Trump is a convicted sexual assault offender. A young athlete was set up by Trump who sexually forced himself on her alone in a hotel room and Epstein watched laughing as she was trying to leave. Then Epstein berated her and Trump sent the girl a note with his picture saying "The Donald". He is a predator. How can a Republican woman not sit this one out.

  2. Agree with most but if you want big money you gotta be like his idol,Donald Trump, know how to use OPM and leverage debt and use bankruptcy as a tool. Anybody that dies rich hasn't enjoyed life.If l had Buffets money l would live like a Vanderbilt. Ask Anderson Cooper how much he inherited.

  3. 4:55 much of what Dave “stole,” his word, was from Larry Burkett.
Everything from the $1,000 initial emergency fund to the constant Biblical references.
By the way, Larry had explained why the initial emergency fund was $1,000. It was the late 70s and early 80s and most homeowners policies had a $1,000 deductible. This was a way to keep people from going backwards while trying to get their feet under them.

  4. Here is some advice for large corporations. Build your base in Knoxville, Tennessee USA, especially if you have a penchant for shady dealings, such as car dealerships and etc. There is no lawyer services for the average consumer in this town. I am in contention with Hyundai Motors over a starter recall, and Hyundai is refusing to fix my starter, saying it is not due to faulty manufacturing. I called the Knoxville Bar Association for legal assistance/advice, and was informed there wasn't a lawyer qualified to handle this case. Knoxville is a hotbed for any sleazy corporation that seeks to bilk the local citizenry out of hard earned wages.

  5. Everybody needs to do something for themselves. What you leave behind you is important, they affect the way you are remembered. Kids are your legacy. My own kids are used against me, however they all know what I did for them. They all have very good lives. The 3 kids who are now in my life, will be even better. I like teaching kids how to think.

  6. We are in such a financial mess. I know what I want, but I don’t know how to do it. We are older, but both of us are terrible with finances. We haven’t spent it on us. It’s ridiculous! We got in debt because of different trips to visit our kids and grandkids. My husband is retired. I’m still working and I don’t know if I’ll be able to retire. I contacted a person in your team locally but he told me that he can’t tell me what to do. He’ll listen to me and coach me. How will that help me?

  7. I made my from property and bought myself a jaguar! Lol. And debt it a useful tool if used sensibly. For example I've made a lot of money not paying off my mortgages on the property I own, borrowed at a few percent, and instead using the money I've made to invest in the s&p 500 over the past decade. The biggest thing I discovered as I got more wealthy though is that time is real wealth. Now I'm not rich. Far from it. But I've built up a a small property portfolio of houses I rent out and bring me an income. I've paid into a quality pension for 22 years. Ive squirreled away enough into a stocks and shares isa. That I now can afford to just work 18.5 hours a week living a comfortable middle class lifestyle. Now I used to work full time. I used to work overtime. I used to spend time away from work buying property, renovating property, getting property ready to rent out. I was making a lot of money. I always expected to carry on like that until I retired. At which point I thought I'd be rich. But when my daughter was born when I was 35 I thought, what's the point? I've now got enough money to live a lifestyle I'm happy with but I have tons of time to do the things in life I really enjoy. When you've got tons of money all you are inclined to do is spend it on shit anyway. Kill yourself grafting at work to wear a rolex, or spend quality time with your family and wear a casio? They both tell the bloody time.
